The cultural diversity department strives to provide quality programs that will equip employees and students with tools in culturally proficient leadership.  These tools will increase understanding in how to respect differences, ensure a positive and culturally enriched learning environment, and prepare learners to live in the global society.  Our department will implement and monitor policies and procedures that enhance cultural diversity, encourage meaningful conversations, and provide a significant multicultural education.
